Appointments
When arriving please be seated in the guest lounge , there is no receptionist to check in with. 

Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival.

Cancellation policy
As a sole operator I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If the appointment is late cancelled, and or "no call- no showed", 50% of the service total will be charged to the credit used to hold your 
appointment. 

SICKNESS, FAMILY EMERGENCY, ECT
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon
as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Please refrain from coming in during these situations, for the health and safety of staff and other clients. 

Payments and Gratuity  

All major credit cards are accepted. Checks will not be accepted for services.  Gratuity is always welcomed and appreciated, in cash or credit card form.
